RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) hasbeen used to treat acute and chronic injury and assist in orthopedic surgery rehabilitation.  Game Ready System simultaneously delivers both adjustable cold therapy and intermittent compression, to apply the two  aspects of the RICE regimen.
