Interim restaging in lymphoma – pro
While the decision to when tor stage in the curse therapy is necessarily individualized, and I am not aware of guidelines about this, this patient received one course of bendamustien/Rituxan and will receive 7 course of RCEOP before being restaged. That seems inapprorpiately prolonged before restaging. Interim PET-CT is recommended byChesson et al and it used to assess early treatment response and, at end of treatment, to establish remission status.
