JEMPERLI, in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel, followed by JEMPERLI as a single agent, is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer (EC).
JEMPERLI, as a single agent, is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) recurrent or advanced. As such, MMR or MSI are only issues when used alone, not, as it is being used here in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin. emperli plus chemotherapy demonstrated a statistically significant and clinically meaningful 31% reduction in risk of death versus chemotherapy alone.
