The Guardant360 Tissue test incorporates RNA analysis to provide a comprehensive, multiomic view of advanced solid tumors. By analyzing RNA alongside DNA, the test identifies clinically actionable biomarkers like gene fusions and splice variants that are difficult to detect using DNA alone. enhanced Guardiant360; RNA testing with CPT code 81456 is also requested (and checked in TRF). Guardant Tissue DNA + RNA includes DNA analysis of over 700 genes and RNA analysis of 367 genes.
