Adjuvant chemotherapy of salivary gland cancers – pro

Radiation therapy has a role in adjuvant therapy of resected salivary gland cancers, but not chemotherapy. Lenvitinib has effectiveness in metastatic disease, but not for completely resected and radiated adenoid Cystic carcinoma. NCCN does not recommend adjuvant therapy or maintenance with Lenvitinib.
