Indeterminate Quantiferon and Rituxan – pro
There are no large studies, but in one small case series, those receiving Rituxan and steroids had reactivation of latent TB. An indeterminate result is meaningful and it does not indicate a failed test. It may indicate underlying immunosuppression, which requires an investigation.
INH prophylaxis should be considered.
